So, how does a princess deal with a child? Well, first instinct might be to demand the child change. After all, you the adult here, right? Oh, wait, we’re not talking about a real child. We’re talking about a Queen! Someone who has absolute power over you! Someone who also feels threaten by you! Well, in that case, demanding change will only increase the perceived threat and make the Evil Queen/child that much more unbearable.
I believe the princessy thing to do is put your ego aside and HELP the Evil Queen (it helps to picture her as a scared child…trust me).
